What competencies does the assessment cover?
The assessment cover job-specific cognitive abilities and work personality characteristics. However, you can choose to assess for only one or the other of these two competency categories.
How do I know if my job is "similar" to one of the 950+ O*NET occupations so that I can use the pre-built assessments?
We recommend that you read through the detailed description of the O*NET occupation directly from the U.S. Department of Labor O*NET Website. If you feel that the tasks performed by employees in the O*NET occupation are similar to the ones in your job, you can be confident that your job is similar to the O*NET occupation. If you are doubtful, we recommend that you build a custom assessment using our platform.
How long does it take to build a custom assessment for my job?
We recommend that you have one or more Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who know that job well complete a job analysis survey in our system. The job analysis survey typically takes 20 minutes per SME. Once the job analysis survey is complete, a custom assessment is generated automatically for your job.
How are you different from other competing assessment vendors?
Today, using traditional methods, it takes around three months and thirty thousand dollars in order to build an assessment for a single job. Secondly, when building an assessment, in order to be legally defensible, you need to make at least hundred employees working in that specific job to take the assessment and collect their job performance ratings to ensure that there is a correlation between the test scores and job performance ratings - few jobs, even in an enterprise, have hundred plus employees working in a single job.
Our system, leveraging our unique and patent-pending synthetic validity technology, overcomes both these limitations. Using our system, you can build an assessment in an hour for any job regardless of how many employees are currently working in that job (the more the better, but you can start with even a single employee).
Do you integrate with my Applicant Tracking System?
Our plan is to integrate with all the major ATS systems in the market. If we already don't integrate with your ATS system, please let us know so that we will prioritize integrating with your ATS system.
